Tyler Perry is cancelling the live tour of his stage play ‘Madea Get’s A Job’ because of bootleggers.
“This was the last live Madea tour and I’m super-sorry that you won’t get to see it live. All refunds should be given back to you,” – he wrote on his website on Monday.
Perry says he’s ending it because bootleggers and ticket scalpers have made ticket prices outrageous and because scammers are trying to sell bogus backstage access during the shows. Tyler ends his letter saying that everyone deserves to get their monies back, he didn’t confirm if everyone would get a full refund.
